Micron Technology Inc, one of the world’s leading providers of advanced semiconductor solutions, has filed a US patent (application number 20120230128) to use graphene in an integrated electronic switch. The patent claims further provide for this switch to be used in integrated circuits, including RAM memory. Micron’s position as potentially one of the leading providers of components for Intel’s Ultrabooks and its recent interest in graphene make it an exciting choice for those looking to invest in graphene. Micron is listed on NASDAQ under the symbol MU.
