DAYTON, Ohio—(May 14, 2015) Angstron Materials Inc., announced today that it has teamed with Stryke Industries LLC to accelerate development and commercialization of graphene products for military and defense applications. The Fort Wayne, Indiana-based business development firm provides a multi-tiered network of resources designed to promote economies of scale, enhanced design-for-manufacturability and shorter lead times for bringing new products to market.
“It’s a good fit for Angstron,” says Ian Fuller, Angstron’s vice president for business development and engineering. “One of Stryke’s specialties is its ability to identify and implement disruptive technologies that can help equip military personnel and provide problem-solving solutions for defense industries. Our graphene materials and technologies meet thermal, electrical, energy, mechanical and barrier specifications. We also have the quality systems and manufacturing capacity to support large scale production.”
